The content, games, and services on this website are intended only for those in regions where such activities are permitted by law. If these services are not lawful in your location, you must stop accessing them.
1.2 Language and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions treat the version written in the Burmese language as the original. In the event of any inconsistency with a translation, the Burmese language version shall prevail.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To register an account and use all services at inwabet, you must be 21 years of age or older. If an underage account is found, it will be closed and inwabet's decision will be final regarding any remaining funds.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each user may only open one account at inwabet. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all such accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
The information provided at registration — name, contact number, payment method — must be accurate and complete. inwabet reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests from accounts with incorrect information. Identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals.
2.4 Account Security
It is the user's responsibility to protect their login credentials and password. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to [email protected]. inwabet cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from third-party access to your account.

3.1 Deposits
Deposit methods available at inwabet include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. Deposits will only be credited to your account if the method and name match the details on record. inwabet reserves the right to reject deposits made from methods not belonging to the account holder.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour. However, processing may take longer due to technical issues, banking hour restrictions, or verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be sent back to the account or phone number used for the deposit.
3.3 Overpayments
If you accidentally deposit more than intended, you can recover the excess amount by contacting [email protected] during business hours. Only the amount credited to the player will be refunded, and a transaction fee may apply.
4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players at inwabet receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of bonus amount × 20 must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Examples:
- If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To qualify for withdrawal, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.
- If you deposit 1,020,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,520,000 Ks. To qualify for withdrawal, you must wager 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks.
4.2 Bonus Misuse
If it is found that a bonus was claimed in bad faith — such as claiming more than once across multiple accounts or obtaining benefits through fraudulent means — the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
4.3 Promotion Changes
inwabet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion with prior notice. Bonuses not claimed after a promotion period ends will no longer be issued.
5 VIP Levels and Cashback Program
inwabet's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates are as follows:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week
- Diamond — up to 1.0% cashback per week
VIP tier upgrades are based on a player's betting history and activity, and cashback is only awarded in accordance with inwabet's policies. Cashback is issued as bonus funds and wagering requirements may apply.
6 Player Responsibilities
6.1 Fair Play
Players on inwabet are prohibited from exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or any method that intentionally causes losses in the game system. If such conduct is detected, the account will be suspended and damages may be claimed.
6.2 Financial Prohibitions
Money laundering or depositing and withdrawing funds for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited. If suspicious financial activity is detected, an investigation will be carried out in accordance with the policies of the relevant banking institutions, and further transactions may be suspended.
6.3 Bots and Automated Systems
Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to play inwabet services is not permitted. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings obtained through manipulated betting records will be forfeited.
6.4 Unconditional Commitment
The player acknowledges that they use this platform of their own free will. Football betting, Live Casino, and slots all carry the risk of financial loss as well as the chance to win, so players must make their own decisions before playing.
7 Copyright and Intellectual Property
The website design, brand logo, game formats, software, and content of inwabet are the property of inwabet. Copying, distributing, or modifying any of these for purposes other than personal use is not permitted.
Game content, graphics, and audio created using third-party software are the property of their respective owners and are made accessible through inwabet solely as a means of delivery.
8 Limitation of Liability and Service Termination
8.1 Technical Issues
If games are interrupted and losses occur due to server errors, network outages, or connection problems on the player's side, inwabet acknowledges its responsibility and will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, inwabet cannot guarantee compensation beyond returning the account balance at the time of the loss.
8.2 Service Termination
inwabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without prior notice based on a player's betting patterns, fair play policy violations, or legal requirements. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned after termination.
8.3 Protective Clause
inwabet is not liable for any losses arising from the use of third-party software, VPNs, or inaccurate information provided by the player.
9 Personal Data and Security
inwabet handles players' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Players' data is protected using SSL encryption and secure servers.
inwabet will not sell or share players' personal data with third parties — except where disclosure is required by law.
